This fascination led me to pursue a career in Systems and Network Administration, where I have honed my skills in managing and optimizing IT infrastructures. My journey has been fueled by a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence, driving me to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.

Passionate about tennis, which has taught me the value of discipline, strategy, and perseverance qualities that I bring to my professional life.

IT Service Desk Technician – SPOC

Ayesa (Orona Account)

First-line technical support and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for enterprise users, managing incident triaging, identity controls, and mobile device provisioning.

–Acted as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) logging, triaging, and categorizing IT incidents and service requests following ITIL best practices.
–Provided Tier 1 support for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM) across Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch), and Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME).
–Managed user identity controls, account unlocks, and password resets via Active Directory (AD).
–Diagnosed infrastructure and hardware issues to route tickets accurately to Tier 2 Desktop Support and Systems Engineering teams.
–Processed corporate SIM requests, user licensing, and mobile fleet changes using internal management tools (TIM, Xone).

Designed and built a hybrid Windows/Linux infrastructure from scratch, leading the transition from a single Windows domain to a dual identity system with Active Directory and FreeIPA.

–Led the transition from a single Windows domain to a hybrid identity infrastructure using Active Directory and FreeIPA.
–Designed and implemented a segmented network architecture (DMZ, services, workstations) to improve security and isolation.
–Provided day-to-day user support: diagnosing, qualifying and resolving hardware and software incidents.
–Built and automated a centralized inventory management system.
–Implemented cross-platform file synchronization between Windows and Linux clients.
–Deployed and managed network-wide OS installations using FOG with dual-boot configurations.
–Integrated centralized authentication across multiple services (Nextcloud, Wiki.js, mail) using domain credentials.
–Managed internal and external services through a secured DMZ and DNS configuration.

–Deployed a school radio used by hundreds of students for podcasts and live broadcasts
–Fully automated the configuration and backups of student laptops running Linux
–Set up centralized Windows workstation management using Microsoft Intune
